What is it?
A light weight lymphatic massage that involves stretching and stimulating your lymph vessels. The massage is rhythmic and relaxing, allowing you to fall deeply into a peaceful slumber. The massage stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to manage pain and inflammation and relaxes you. It can bring about a detox effect so some may experience a little headache, tiredness and thirst after this session as your body attempts to repair itself.
Pain and inflammation can be brought about through a variety of reasons, and we want to work with you to bring about less sensitivities in your body, primarily through the healing of your gut and a good detoxification and drainage system.
